Returns & Exchanges
In order to be eligible for a return or exchange you must email Moss within 10 days of receiving your item(s) explaining your request. You'll receive an email confirmation upon approval of your return or exchange. You must then return the item(s) in original condition, including the original packing materials, to Moss within 14 days of this confirmation. In the event of an exchange please also include a check or credit card number to cover any additional balance (if applicable).
Please note that we are unable to refund original shipping costs, unless the item was not as ordered. Sale items are not eligible for a return or exchange.
Privacy Policy
By joining our mailing list, you are giving Moss permission to collect information such as your name and email address. In order to place orders online you will also be asked to provide us your shipping address, telephone number, credit card number and expiration date. For security reasons, we do not store your credit card details. We do not share credit card information with third parties, except for the purpose of processing payment for products you’ve ordered and as required by law.
Moss also collects e-mail addresses at various locations within the site (including when you order from the site) so that we can send you any necessary e-mail messages related to your order – such as an order confirmation notice.
You can be assured that Moss will never rent or sell your email address or other personal information for any reason!
Payments
Upon placing an order you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number. Once payment has been approved, your item will be packed and shipped out to you. In general shipments leave our facility within 48-72 hours. You'll be notified by email if shipping is to be delayed for much longer than this. On occasion items may be out of stock or discontinued. In these situations you will receive an email alerting you to this and you will also receive a full refund on those items.
Payment is accepted by credit card through our secure checkout: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We us PayPal as our payment gateway, however it is not necessary to have a PayPal account to make payments. Payment can also be made through Google Checkout, but you will need to create an account (Coming Soon). Your credit card details are not collected and all personal information remains secure.
Any orders to be shipped within Georgia will automatically be charged 7% state sales tax as required by law.
